Over the past 15 years, Mary Beth has dedicated her professional career to Human Resources and Organizational Development leadership within a prominent NC health care system. She was charged with and successfully supported workplace engagement rollouts and maintenance, team assessments and development, retention mapping, building employee and leadership continuing education and succession programs. On the Human Resources side, she has supported successful onboarding and mentor models, updated and aligned performance and evaluations, total rewards, large compensation rollouts, policy and process mapping, employee relations conversations and coaching.
While working closely with executives, leaders, teams and professionals, Mary Beth quickly realized her passion was to make sure culture, values and retention are at the forefront of the entire business model. This is the purpose behind all that she offers.
To confirm her sense of drive and theories, she has a dual Master’s in Human Resources and Adult Education/Learning. She is Human Behavior certified and a DiSC assessment business partner. She holds an international certification for both Life and Health Coaching. In addition, she is a Lean Six Sigma Project Specialist, ISO Auditor and has graduated from UNC Leadership Academy.
